The key difference between the two variants is the battery capacity. The Advanced variant gets a 49.92 kWh BYD Blade Battery, offering a claimed WLTP range of up to 345 km, while the Superior variant comes with a larger 60.48 kWh Blade Battery and a claimed range of up to 420 km.

Both versions support DC fast charging, with BYD claiming a 0–80 percent charging time of around 50 minutes. Type 2 AC charging and Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) functionality are also available.

The Atto 3 continues with MacPherson strut front suspension and multi-link rear suspension, along with ventilated disc brakes. The Advanced variant rides on 17-inch wheels, while the Superior gets 18-inch alloy wheels.

Inside, the five-seat electric SUV features an 8.8-inch digital instrument cluster and a large 15.6-inch rotating touchscreen infotainment system. The system supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, while an 8-speaker Dirac HD audio system is also offered.

Safety equipment remains comprehensive, with six airbags, a 360-degree camera and a full suite of ADAS features, including Adaptive Cruise Control, Autonomous Emergency Braking, Blind Spot Detection and Lane Keeping Assist.
